Step 1:
To send Inquiry: Contact Bespoke Medal through our website, email, or other social media. Provide as much as possible of details, quantity, design/logo requirements, and the desired delivery date.
Step 2:
The Bespoke Medal team will respond with a detailed quote including production plan, time, packing details, production suggestions and transportation suggestions. There will also be special descriptions and suggested remarks for special processes.
Step 3:
After receiving the formal PO (Pucharsing orders)or Written confirmation(Email or message confirm), the Bespoke Medal team will create a formal artwork that conforms to the production rules, which will include different levels, descriptions and specific processes at the same time.And retain all the details as much as possible until you are satisfied.
Step 4:
Upon quotation and order confirmation, the Bespoke Medal team will send a PI (Proforma invoice) including pricing, production time and shipping costs; and CI, a commercial invoice containing transfer information, etc. After order confirmation, Bespoke Medal will start production in its own factory, ensuring quality control and efficient turnaround time.
Step 5:
After the payment is received and passes QC, the goods will be sent via the required transportation method. Strict measures are taken to ensure the high quality of the gifts. Each item is inspected for defects and matches the approved design.
Final:
The Bespoke Medal Team will send tracking numbers to monitor delivery progress. Then confirm the arrival of the shipment and address any feedback or concerns.
