For optimal customization of gifts, precise design drawings in vector formats such as AI, PDF or EPS must be provided for customized medals.

When submitting photo files, please ensure the resolution is no less than 300 dpi for best results.

Documentation requirements to ensure high-quality customized gifts are delivered in bulk

In order to ensure the highest quality for high-volume custom gifts, we kindly request the following file specifications: Vector source files (e.g. .ai, .eps, .pdf, .cdr). Additionally, please ensure that the resolution of the image file is no less than 300 dpi to avoid any distortion issues during production and maintain the integrity of the image. Custom Artwork requirements

1.Vector Art: Submit EPS, AI, CDR or PDF files for scalable, high-quality artwork.
Convert text to curves: Prevent font distortion by converting all text to curves or outlines.

2.Pantone Color: Provide corresponding Pantone numbers for screen-printed artwork (excluding four-color printing).
JPG Files: Contains 300 dpi JPG files and vector files to maintain the integrity of the design when enlarged.
Product Specifications: Specify the full dimensions of the product in the artwork, including the thickness of the half-cube or three-dimensional cube product. Consider providing CNC artwork or physical samples for full 3D designs.

3.Convert to vector graphics: Convert specific fonts to vector graphics to avoid potential substitution and distortion.
